Sažetak

The work is based on Ibn Sina’s commentary of certain chapters of the Qur’an, with a special emphasis on the 113th sura. The manuscript deals with the last three chapters of the Qur’an: ihlas and muavvizetejn. Since I have already written about the commentary on ihlas and published the paper in the Herald of the Islamic Supreme Community in SFR of Yugoslavia, now the muavvizetejn should be discussed.

The manuscript on Ibn Sina’s commentaries of certain suras and ajets was written in our country, but the time of its origin is not known. That re- mains to be solved on the basis of analysis of the paper on which it is writ- ten.

Ibn Sina is known both in the West and in the East as a philosopher and scientist, but it is little known that he also wrote commentaries of the Qur’an. He did not write a commentary of the whole Qur’an, but commentaries of certain „privileged" ajets. Ibn Sina ’s tefsir of several ajets has not been studied at ali in the West (Sayyid Husayin Nasr). Certain significant elaborations have not been made even in the East.
